Placing of items in the letterbox at 10 Kalmia Court, Hallett Cove, is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- ONLY items specifically addressed to 10 Kalmia Court, Hallett Cove are accepted.
- Items NOT ADDRESSED to this location will be returned to the sender
- The sender will be invoiced for the cost of processing and returning the said items. These costs will include:
- Return postage
- Materials
- Time to process the items – a minimum of 1 hour at the hourly rate specified below and as revised from time to time.
- Costs will be payable to the account specified on the invoice within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
- A daily late fee for late payment will be applied, at the rate specified below.
By placing un-addressed items in the letterbox at the above address, the person placing the items agrees that the sender accepts and is bound to the above terms and conditions and associated costs.
These conditions apply to ALL items placed herein, regardless of the nature of the items. This includes, but is not limited to promotions by Real Estate Agents, religious materials, political advertisements and other advertising materials.
Charges
Charge rates as of 11 February 2021:
